About Tiny Rebel:


We’re on a mission to bring you good times with a hint of beer.
We do this by creating brands that get people talking and drinks that get people shouting. And when we’re not brewing beers, we’re trying to improve the lives of our people, community, and planet.

From two mates in a garage to a bespoke brewery with thousands of fans, we've grown quite a bit since 2012. And since then, every year has been bigger and better. We've got no plans to slow down either with lots of projects on the go and some exciting stuff to show off soon.

The Role:


At Tiny Rebel, we’re passionate about beer and are looking for someone just as passionate who can help us share it with the world. We have an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team with one of the fastest growing and most influential and innovative craft brewers of the last 10 years.

To develop the commercial sales strategy to accelerate sustainable, profitable growth of Tiny
Rebel’s brands in both the On and Off Trade. To execute this plan through inspirational
leadership of a winning sales team.

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Self-Funding Profit Scheme
Future Prospects: Directorship + Equity.

Strategic

  • Develop and implement the commercial sales strategy that will deliver TR’s annual and long term financial and brand goals.
  • Procure market intelligence, stay ahead of market changes and evolve the strategic plan so that it remains effective and relevant.

People Leadership

  • Recruit, develop and inspire a winning sales team that is effectively deployed through its structure, ways of working, operational standards, goals and incentives, to deliver and exceed Tiny Rebel’s financial, brand and customer goals. 

Commercial

  • Delivery of the annual and 3 year financial and brand plans.
    Build and deliver a clear plan for building brand distribution, space and display by customer and channel with RTM plans and appropriate JBP’s in place by channel and customer.
  • Lead by example to build world class customer relationships and take the lead in key customer negotiations and presentations.
  • Be the face of the company and be highly visible at all key industry networking events and
    forums.
  • Work closely with internal functions, especially supply chain, to optimise end to end profitability

The Person:

  • Track record for exceptional results delivery in a sales leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a sales team to consistently win,
    with a culture of individual and collective accountability.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
    internally and externally through a flexing approach.
  • Brand literate with a strong understanding of the importance of building value into brands.
  • Strong commercial skills and experience of successfully managing a P&L and the levers
    required to optimise top and bottom line.
